Fall In Books!

TTT1 TTT2 TTT3 TTT4 TTT5

  • The Cure for Dreaming by Cat Winters: I love love loooooved In the Shadow of Blackbirds from Cat which I read a few months ago, and I just know this will be another epic read! Plus, that cover = awesome!
  •  A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray: This will be my first Claudia Gray book! I’ve heard great things about her Evernight series. I love the sounds of this one, though – multiple universe books have been good to me lately!
  •  Lailah by Nikki Kelly: I actually plan to read this one this coming weekend and I’m excited! The early reviews have been fantastic, and that cover and premise combo makes me grabby-hands (which is now a verb because I say so)!

  • The Fall by Bethany Griffin: Well this one is aptly titled for this list so it must be on it! 😉 This is the one I’ll be starting next, actually (can’t believe fall is really here!!).
  • Beware the Wild by Natalie C. Parker: I’ve been looking forward to this one for a while now, it was on another of my top upcoming books list a few weeks ago. I hope it lives up!
  • Zodiac by Romina Russell: Sci-fi can sometimes be a hit or miss for me, but this one sounds so cool! Yes, I am old and still use this word! >.<
  • Snow Like Ashes by Sara Raasch: This one sounds unique and that’s something we desperately need! But really I’ve been excited about this one ever since the early rave reviews have started popping up! Seems like a lot of my friends are 5-starring it which is a good sign!

What fall books are you the most excited for?

The Cure For Dreaming! I’m freaking excited about that book. It’s Cat Winters. I bet you it’s going to be made of awesome.
I’m excited for This Shattered World. I didn’t love the first book as much as everyone else did, but I’m thinking this one will be a better one for me, at least. I’ll be reading Lailah soon too. I can’t wait! That creepy cover! Love it. 🙂

I read Beware the Wild, but I don’t think it was what I expected. I think I wanted something entirely different so I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would, but I hope you will. And The Young Elites! Wohoo! 😀 That’s my most anticipated book of the fall. 🙂 You must try Snow Like Ashes, Giselle. I know you’re not too much into fantasy, but I really enjoyed the book and I think it will be an impressive trilogy.

I hope you’ll love all these books listed! 🙂

Oooh, I forgot about the Claudia Gray! *hides* It will be my first by her, too!! I want to read the Cat Winters, too. I got to meet her at ALA Midwinter last year. She’s so nice! I haven’t read the precursor to THIS SHATTERED WORLD yet…wondering if I should wait until all 3 are out at this point? Oooh, THE YOUNG ELITES is so on my list. I have not had TIME!! And I did get a chance to read SNOW LIKE ASHES over the summer, whoot! Great choices! 🙂

I’m excited for The Cure for Dreaming and I have to check out Lailah because I hadn’t heard of that book before now. Talk about out of the loop!

  4. Dreams

I haven’t heard of some of them, but Snow and Young Elite also made it to my list. I’ll have to look into the others. You have got to love these memes, you start out with a handful of books you’re excited for and by the end, you have dozens.

The Cure for Dreaming is fantastic! I must write my review soon. And I really liked The Fall as well 🙂 I’ve read so many great reviews of Snow Like Ashes, I think I’ll have to go out and get it, too. Awesome list 🙂

There’s one or two on here that are on my wishlist, but not my immediate TBR. My list today ended up being 18 books by the time I included series!

  7. Katherine

I have both Thousand Pieces of You and the Young Elites on my list too! I’m also looking forward to This Shattered World, but I considered that more of a winter release in December.

  8. Jolien

I’ve been looking forward to Snow like Ashes and The Young Elites too. I loved the Legend series by Marie Lu and so I’m dying to check out her next one. And Snow like Ashes just sounds so amazing. In fall, I usually want to read fantasy or crime books -I don’t know why- but it makes me so excited for the season!
Good luck with your TBR 🙂

I do want to read The Cure for Dreaming, though I still need to read her other book too!!!

Glory O’Brien and A Thousand Pieces of You both sound good too – two other authors I’ve yet to read something by. I do want to read a lot of A.S. King’s other novels too.

    Andd…The Fall also sounds awesome.

I have A Thousand Pieces of You on my list as well because I really liked the Evernight series so I want to read more books by her.
I hope you enjoy all of the books on your list!
    Happy Reading
